He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Kemp, Steven Kemp (Kimberly), Michelle Gillaspy (Gregory) and Mark Kemp. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 nephew; and 1 niece.
