Kathryn M. Larsen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn M. Larsen of Elkhorn, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 14, 2026, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Seymour and Esther Seymour (Breuser); her husband Roger A. Larsen; her daughter Penelope Larsen; her son-in-law Curt VanderVeen; and her siblings, William Seymour, Anne Soffa, Dan Seymour and Mary French.
She is survived by: her children, Libbie VanderVeen, Eric Larsen (Darsie) and Heidi McGraw (Paul); her grandchildren, Becky Stallings (Luke), Bradley VanderVeen (Lindsay), Gregg VanderVeen (Brittany), Jacob Larsen (Holly), Carly Larsen (Russ Snopek), Kelly Ranallo (Matt) and Maggie Wales (Alex); and her siblings-in-law, Kitty Buhl, Marlyne Seymour and Walter Larsen. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Katies' name to the Matheson Memorial Library 101 N. Wisconsin Street Elkhorn, WI 53121.
