He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Roberts and Cecelia Roberts (Blaine); and his brother Tom Roberts. He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Roberts (Jodi) and Gretchen Roberts; and his siblings, Harvey, David, Mike, Judy Andrews, Kathy Roberts and Patricia Salzman. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
