He was predeceased by: his father John Musiak; his mother-in-law Betty Voss (James); and his brother-in-law Mike Voss. He is survived by: his mother Carole Musiak (Rau) of Waukesha; his wife Sandra Musiak of Elkhorn, WI; his sister Karen Musiak of Madison; his siblings-in-law, Steven Voss (Stephanie), Vicki Shafran (late Jeffrey) of Brillion, Timothy Voss (Joyce), Christi Lasher (Bob), Eddie Voss (Tracy) of West Allis and Amy Dickenson (John); and his father-in-law Edward Voss of Brillion. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
