Orville E. Cornelison Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Orville E. Cornelison of Elkhorn, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 26, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Cornelison and Martha Cornelison (Kargel); his wife Sheron D. Fonda; and his siblings, Russell Cornelison, Irene Feltham, Norman "Bud" Cornelison and Dorothy Mitchell.

He is survived by: his children, William "Bill" Cornelison (Judy Dixon), Gerald "Jerry" Cornelison, Robert "Bob" Cornelison, Susan "Sue" Cornelison, Caroline Cornelison (Todd Cauffman) and Kathleen "Kathy" Schoendorf (Gary); his grandchildren, Tanya (Jason), Mason, Kaitlin (Tim), Quentin (Sonja) and Lillie (Dalton); and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Jayden, Caydence, Jace, Everly, Pheonix, Arthur and Warren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sugar Creek Lutheran Church (N5690 Cobblestone Rd, Elkhorn, WI 53121). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at the Roselawn Memory Gardens (N3045 WI-67, Lake Geneva, WI 53147).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Orville's name to Walworth County 4-H or Elkhorn Veterans of Foreign Wars.
