With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Patrick R. Helfenbein M. D. of Elkhorn, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Patrick left this world on May 24, 2025 at the age of 67, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Patrick may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eileen Helfenbein and Dick Helfenbein. He is survived by: his wife Ann Helfenbein (Evans); his children, Patrick Helfenbein and Sharon Helfenbein; and his siblings, Mary O'Malley (Mike), Mike Helfenbein (Linda) and Dan Helfenbein (Debbie).
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes (730 N Wisconsin St, Elkhorn, WI 53121). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (107 W Walworth St, Elkhorn, WI 53121). A burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (820 W Court St, Elkhorn, WI 53121).
