He was predeceased by : his parents, Duane Thalacker and Lorraine Thalacker (Schuh); and his brother Mark. He is survived by : his wife Toni Thalacker; his children, Aaron Larson (Mieko), Travis Larson (Katherine), Jill Matthys (Jason) and Joseph Thalacker; his grandchildren, Tyler, Evan, Alex, Carleen, Clara, Lance, Cecelia, Charlie, Everett and John; and his siblings, Duane Schuh (Dianne), June Merta (Don), Audrey Matzek (George), Janet Anderson (Keith) and Brad Thalacker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials are preferred to the discretion of the family to carry on Brian's passions in life.
