He was predeceased by : his parents, Jim Casler and Penny Casler. He is survived by : his children, Samantha Davis (Sean) and Jamie Casler; his significant other Kelei Johnson; his children, Andrew Johnson (Samantha) and Megan Johnson; his granddaughter Autumn Johnson; and his former life partner Julie Matzek.

“Missy - I am so sorry about Charlie's passing. Mom and I would stop by his store, but never connected with him. I continued to stop by hoping to reconnect with him eventually, but just didn't happen. I don't know if you remember dad's nickname for Charlie... Dad would always say, "Hi Chuckles!" or "Hey Chuckles..." Charlie would get a twinkle in his eyes and grin.
