He is survived by : his parents, Gary Leonard and Rose Leonard (Lubich) of Ellsworth, WI; his wife Dawn; his brothers, Scott Leonard (Robin) and Todd Leonard; his children, Jill O'Brien and Justin Leonard (Annie); his stepdaughters, Valerie Kruger and Cynthia Jilk; and his grandchildren, Courtney, Blake, Arden, Oliver and Ravis.
