He was predeceased by : his grandparents, William, Elsie Koller, Rubin and Anna Dusterhoft; and his aunts and uncles, Alvin Dusterhoft, James Dusterhoft, Vernon Dusterhoft, Wayne Dusterhoft, Marcella Koller, Arlene Denzer (Leroy), Donna Appelhans and Anne Svard.
He is survived by : his parents, Raymond Koller and Joyce Koller (Dusterhoft); his siblings, Teresa O'Connell (Alan), Philip Koller, Tim Koller, William Koller (Joan) and Mary Ayala (Travis); his nephews, Christopher, Shawn O'Connell, Jeremy, Mason Koller and Alexander Ayala; and his niece Kayleigh Ayala. He is also survived by Numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
