He is survived by : his parents, Joshua Kolodzienski and Elizabeth Kolodzienski (Zachman); his siblings, Levi and Olivia; his grandparents, Charlene, Jeremy Zachman, Diane and Tom Kolodzienski; and his aunts and uncles, Mitch Zachman (Courtney), Nick Zachman (Bethany), Alex Zachman (Leah), Jake Kolodzienski (Kristen), Andrea Altmann (Erik) and Alysha Brenner (Kevin). He is also survived by numerous cousins, relatives and friends.
