He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Salisbury; his sister Mary Susan Gross (Roger); his nieces and nephews, Michael Salisbury (Lea Ann), Patrick Salisbury (Gigi), Daniel Salisbury (Mae Ann), Kathleen Scalise (Sam), Andrew Salisbury, Lawrence Salisbury (Carrie), Daniel Gross (Jessica), Jean Reuter (C. Luke), Deborah Quinn (R. Scott) and David Markl (Catherine); his sister-in-law Faye Miller (Paul); his extended family, Curt Wadina and Derek Wadina (Maria); Cole and Rylan.
