She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. Simmons and Juanita M. Simmons (Morris); her husband Howard P. Berg; her son Richard Berg; and her brother Thomas Simmons.

She is survived by: her children, Theodore Berg (Kevin) of Milwaukee, Thomas Berg (Kathy) of Berlin and David Berg (Janey) of Elroy. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and by many other relatives and friends.
