It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Charles Sprenger of Embarrass, Wisconsin, born in Clintonville, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 12, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Sprenger and Luella Sprenger (Rades); his parents-in-law, Edward and Mildred Ziereis; his siblings-in-law, Lawrence Ziereis and Ruth Ziereis; his stepfather Rueben W. P. Reinke; and his nephews, Brad Sprenger and Doug Ziereis.
He is survived by : his wife Renee Ziereis; his children, LouAnn Sprenger (Dean Moesch) and David Sprenger (Joan Gorman); his grandson Jacob Moesch; his stepgrandson Joshua Moesch; his brother Marlyn Sprenger (Kandi); his siblings-in-law, Delores Ziereis, Connie Steinke (Wilbur "Fuzzy") and Leonard Ziereis; and his aunt Patsy Spenger Many. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews & other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to be directed to the family for a memorial to be established for church projects at Zion Lutheran, Embarrass.
