He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Sauer and Viola Sauer (Seegert); his wife Mary Sauer; his brother Delmar; his sister-in-law Helen Sauer; his sister Lorraine Mitchell; his in-laws, Vern and Mary Hibner; and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth, Donald, David and Maurice Hibner.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Sauer (Lisa Kluge), Nicole LaSure (Larry) and Traci Sauer; his grandchildren, Alexis Hayes (Hunter), Kaylee Davey (Leven), Austin LaSure (Esperanza) and Aden Daniels; his great grandchildren, Sophia Hayes and Luka Hayes; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Mitchell and Bonnie Hibner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many close friends.
