He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Franklin and Crystal Franklin; his wife Doris M Norumon; and his sisters, Kate Fellows (Dave) and Milly Meehan (Leonard).
He is survived by: his children, Jolaine Phillips (Randy), Randy Franklin (Lisa), Cathy Guenterberg (Dave), Jim Franklin, Pete Franklin (Julie), Phoebe Templeton (Rich) and Jennifer Franklin. He is also survived by 26 Grandchildren, 27 Great Grandchildren, and Brothers and Sisters.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to SSM Hospice.
