He is survived by: his wife Janice Miller of Evansville, WI; his sons, Scott Johnston (Michelle) of Hampshire, IL and Kurt Johnston (Marla) of Newnan, GA; his grandsons, Nathan Johnston (Marianna) of Greenleaf, WI and Nicholas Johnston of Omaha, NE; and his great grandchild Gianluca Johnston. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the United Methodist Church.
