He was predeceased by: his in-laws, Donald and Laverne Johnson; and his brother James Miller. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his daughter Amanda Kojis (James); his granddaughters, Kacy and Olivia; his brother Richard Miller (Nancy); and his sister-in-law Carol Anderson (Terry). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church in Evansville or the Carbone Cancer Center.
