He was predeceased by: his parents, Iris Brown (Hoops) and James Brown; his wife Margaret Louise Coole; his stepfather Willis; and his siblings, Barbara Morris, Clydella Flynn and James.
He is survived by: his children, William, Stephen (Gwyn Kawski), Cathleen (Ross Weter) and Michael (Julia Rich); and his grandchildren, Scott, Jax, Damon, Emily, David and Thomas.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ward-Hurtley Funeral Home (130 S 5th St, Evansville, WI 53536).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to cancer research and hospice care.
