He is survived by: his parents, George Franklin and Sharon Franklin; his wife Debby Rice; his children, Jill Uhe (Buck), Tyler Franklin and Spencer Franklin (Kaitlyn Gjertson); his grandchildren, Benny Uhe, Brianna Uhe and Cole Franklin; his father-in-law Tom Rice (Joan Hopwood); his siblings, Mike Franklin (Rachel), John Franklin (Terry) and Sally Karlen; and his siblings-in-law, Chris Newburg, Kim Rice, Stephanie Gronemus (Pat) and Brian Rice.
