It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Phillips of Fall Creek, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 18, 2026, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Phillips and Grace Phillips; his sister-in-law Patsy Phillips; and his nephew Kevin Condron. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Solberg; his siblings, Chris Phillips (Kay), Brian Phillips and Nancy Curtis (Tony); his sisters-in-law, Donna Condron and Karen Meyer (Ralph); his stepchildren, Wendy Proffitt, Shelly Schmitz (Kevin), Jesse Proffitt (Samie), Laura Walk (Pete Johnson) and David Proffitt (Kayla); and his nieces and nephews, Jason, Joe, Josh, Tyler, Will, Logan, Kayla, Jessica and Lindsay. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
In keeping with Mike's love for animals, memorials may be directed to the Eau Claire County Humane Society in lieu of flowers.
