She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hayduk and June Hayduk (Horn); and her husband Len Madsen. She is survived by: her son Dave (Marisa); her grandsons, Josh and Nick; her sisters, Bonny Shkiele and Heidi Walloch (Tom); and her nieces, Gwen Hoekstra and Annette Skrukrud.
In lieu of any gifts of flowers, Pat would have preferred a donation in her memory to be directed to either The Fall Creek Public Library and/or the American Legion Auxiliary Fall Creek, Unit 376.
