He is survived by: his wife Diana Pippenger; his children, Melissa, Scott and Craig (Billie); his grandchildren, Cody Lowe, Katelynn Hazelton, Brandon Hazelton, Ashley Hazelton, Amber Hazelton, Kaison, Henrik, Easton, Bryson, Harrison, Alaina, Ryland, Paxton and Paisly; his siblings, Dianne Pettis (Gary), Mike (Jeanette) and Dale (Julie); and his sister-in-law Emma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
