He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Mickelson (Hillstead) and Edward "Aaron" Mickelson. He is survived by: his sisters, Dr. Linda Seim and Dr. Pamela Stucky LaGuardia; his wife Cindy (Trout); his children, Dr. Heather Dona (Tim), Todd Mickelson (Nicole), Kayleen Richardson (Justin) and Lindsey Mickelson; and his grandchildren, Teagan, Madeline, Wesley, Elise, Clair, Graham, Scarlet, Peter, Autumn and Ethan.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Faith Evangelical Free Church (704 Kennedy Ave, Fall Creek, WI 54742). A memorial service was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Fall Creek Community Cupboard.
