He is survived by: his wife Annette Field of Fall River; his daughters, Summer Lawrence (Robert) of Sheboygan Falls and Nahtahna Jensen (Kevin) of Kohler; his grandsons, Braylon, Madden Lawrence, Brewer and Winston Jensen; his sister Ann Rake (David); his father-in-law Kenneth Field; and his brothers-in-law, Tim Field (Karen) and Tom Field. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, other relatives and special friends.
