He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fuerstenberg and Wilma Fuerstenberg (Reuter); his sons, Robert and Gregory Fuerstenberg; his grandson Cohen Fuerstenberg; and his sisters, Connie, Patricia and Theresa.

He is survived by: his wife Patty Fuerstenberg; his children, Henry Fuerstenberg (Connie), Peggy Webb (Bob), Charlie Fuerstenberg (Jill), Cindy Peters (Dan) and Diane Beels (Brian); and his siblings, John, Joe, Randy, Paul, Keith, Mary, Linda and Shirley. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and two step great grandchildren.
