He is survived by: his wife Marge VandenHeuvel; his children, Robert "Bob" Bultman of Baileys Harbor and Karey Debeck of Green Bay; his grandchildren, Ryan Debeck (Jess), Justin Debeck (Mackenzie) and Wyatt Bultman; his great grandchildren, Cecelia and Sylvie; and his brother Don Bultman (Nancy) of Dallas, Texas..

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (2771 Oakwood Dr, Green Bay, WI 54304). A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Dave's memory to Green Bay Botanical Garden or The Clearing Folk School of Ellison Bay.
