She was predeceased by : her stepmother Pegge Jensen; her grandparents, Judy Gehlhoff, Phillip Gehlhoff, Walter Clausen, Judith Brezeale and Jack Jensen; her cousins, Tabitha Clausen, Jody Juelson, Allen Lincoln and Tyrel Kuiawinski; and her niece Hanna Mae Gilbert.
She is survived by : her parents, Curt Jensen and Bonnie Ferdig (Clausen); her siblings, Joshua Nelson (Am), Brent Gilbert-Ferdig (Mariah) and Julianne Augustyn; her grandmothers, June Clausen and Mary Gehlhoff; and her close friend Tina Davis.
