She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert R. Tennermann and Phyliss Tennermann (McCraw); her husband Billy Taff; her grandchildren, Molly Zink and Issac Zink; her siblings, Herbert E. Tennermann (Patricia), Susan Steber (Richard) and Jacqueline White (Robert); and her brother-in-law John Kilnes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Carlson (Bruce) of Oshkosh, WI, Connie Davis (Keith), Carol Taff of Waupaca, WI, Nancy Zink of Battle Ground, WA and Brenda Harkleroad (Ron) of Reno, NV; her grandchildren, Dr. Heather (Spike), Holly Carlson (Keegan Wilber), Billy Joe Carlson (Lucy), Spencer Davis (Shelby), Lance Davis, Galen Zink and Hunter Harkleroad; her great grandchildren, Henry Carpenter, Hazel Carpenter, Charlotte Carpenter, Briggs Wilber, Mason Wilber, Rhett Salbego and Willa Salbego; and her sister Mary Jane Kilnes. She is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to either the Florence County School District or to St. Mary's Catholic Church in Joanne's memory.
