He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ebertz and Martina Ebertz (Freund); his parents-in-law, Joseph and Rosa Schneider (Kraus); his son-in-law Richard Sippel; his brothers, Zeno Ebertz (Grace), Norman Ebertz (Virginia), Ivo Ebertz (June) and Vince Ebertz; and his siblings-in-law, Edna Hochrein (Cletus), Marian Schneider, Millie Haensgen (Orville), Erna Halbach (Jim), Eddie Schneider (Leona), Clarence Schneider (Irene), Walter Schneider (Bernice), Claude Schneider, Harvey Schneider and Ottie Schneider (Rosie).
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine M. Schneider; his daughters, Pam Livieri (Tom), Peg Patt (Dave) of North Fond, Pat Ebertz (Ken "KJ" Sippel II) of Mt. Calvary and Mary Newton (Ken) of Oakfield; his grandchildren, Shaun Livieri (Becky) of Sun Prairie, Shane Livieri (Kelly Rollo) of North Fond, Jason Morgen (Jess), Justin Patt (Brittany) of Fond, Megan Kemmer (Jesse) of Lannon and Eric Sippel (Yuli Tjong) of Madison; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Grayson, Payton Patt, Sophie Morgen and Marcus Sippel; his siblings, Leander Ebertz (Liz) of Mt. Calvary and Verena Groeschel (Chuck) of New Holstein; and his siblings-in-law, Rosie Ebertz, Margie Schneider and Ralph Schneider. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
