With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Alice M. Petrie (Fond du Lac, Wisconsin), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Buechel (Schneider) and Henry Buechel; her husband Harold A. Petrie (Jericho); her son Richard; her siblings, Leander Buechel, Viola Schmitz, Clarence Buechel, Romilda Schneider and Ambrose Buechel; and her in-laws, Alfred, Acella Petrie (Reider), Lloyd Petrie, Margaret Buechel, Lester Schmitz, Ed, Marie Schneider, Marion Buechel and Valeria Buechel.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra O'Loughlin, Thomas Petrie (Julie), Debbie Schumacher (Steve), Laurie Kampa (James), Christine Jones (Tony Killinger) and Kathryn Petrie; her sister-in-law Betty Petrie; and her daughter-in-law Therese Petrie. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home (524 N Park Ave, Fond du Lac, WI 54935). A burial was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
