He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Kelm and Edith Brown Kelm; and his siblings, Jimmy, Betty Cook (Gordon), Faye Morgan and Roy Kelm (Alma).
He is survived by: his wife Maureen Kelm of Fond; his children, Chad Kelm (Dawn) of Mayville and Tanya Steffen (Tom) of Fond; his stepchildren, Gary Garlow (Amanda) and Teri Garlow (Lac) of Fond; his grandsons, Matthew Garlow and Justin Garlow; and his sister Fern Lamars (Ted) of Poplar, WI. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated to Hope Nursing Home in Lomira or Church of Our Saviour.
