She is survived by: her parents, Christina Slavik and Jeremy Jon Slavik; her siblings, Hailey Wehling (Brock) and Kaden Slavik; her pet Bentley Lollipop Slavik; her grandmothers, Nancy Fields and Barb Jilot; her cousins, Eric (Dawn), Lily, Charlie Fields, Renae (Brian), Kiersten, Kaitlyn, Taylor Winter, Chris (Nicole) and Chase Slavik; and her godmother Angie (Chris). She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Peace Ucc (158 S Military Rd, Fond du Lac, WI 54935).
