With sadness, we share the passing of Chad A. Woiak of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Chad, born on July 27, 1972 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, passed away on October 19, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his stepbrother James; and his grandson Noah. He is survived by: his daughters, Alexis Woiak and Rylee Woiak; his grandchildren, Auburee, Lyliah, Carter, Novalynn, Ayden, Alayna and Amara; his parents, Nancy Key (Jim) and Terry Woiak; his brother Bernie Woiak; and his stepsiblings, T. J. Hermann, Rita Key, Renata Key and Jody Niemojuski.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home (1535 S 12th St, Sheboygan, WI 53081). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
