He is survived by: his wife Sandra Tadman; his daughters, Kari Phillips and Kimberly Loduca (Chris); his grandchildren, Payslee and Blake Phillips; his siblings, Walter "Topsy" Phillips (Amy), Dave Phillips, William Phillips (Linda), Patsy Phillips and Barbara Phillips; his uncle Jack Phillips; and his brother-in-law Robert Tadman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
