He is survived by: his sons, Dan of Eldorado and Mark of Eldorado; his grandchildren, Jacob, Callie and Mattie; his brother-in-law Ron Michels (Eugenia) of Ripon; and his pet Louis.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial in his name has been established.
