He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Balthazor and Rosemary Balthazor (Gross); and his brother Daniel Balthazor. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Propson (Adam) and David Balthazor; his grandchildren, Julie Propson (Andre), Tyler Propson and Christian Propson; his brothers, Bruce Balthazor (Linda), Alan Balthazor (Debra), Mark Balthazor (Sonia) and Bill Balthazor; and his close friend Mary Farr. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
