She is survived by: her mother Cecelia Jones (Kennedy); her husband Dennis Boelk; her children, Angela Wiechman (Dan) of Fond du Lac, Jami Baranyk (Jeremy) of Waukesha, Joshua Boelk (Lindsay) of Oakfield and Jacob Boelk (Tiffany) of Byron; her grandchildren, Kyra Karch (Nick), Kalli Wiechman, Karina Wiechman, Gavin Baranyk, Parker Baranyk, Ava Boelk, Lexi Boelk, Levi Boelk, Sophia Boelk and Jackson Boelk; her siblings, Kathy Faust, Chris Mies (Mike), Lori Loehr (Greg), Peter Jones (Beth), Dan Jones (Jean) and Michael Jones; and her mother-in-law Sally Boelk.
