He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sullivan and Lois Sullivan (Grube); and his sisters, Joy Erickson and Kathy Mertens. He is survived by: his children, Robert L. Sullivan, Caitlin Sullivan (Alex Jameson) and Samantha Sullivan; his grandson Henry Sullivan Jameson; his siblings, Robert D. Sullivan, Richard Sullivan (Loretta), Daniel Sullivan and Krys Castrodale; and his close friend Jean Schaefer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
