He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil L. Wallender and Ann J. Berkevich Wallender; his former wife Monica Hernandez; his grandparents, John, Valeria Berkevich, Emil and Viola Wallender; and his pet Dutchy.
He is survived by: his son Johnathan Wallender; his brother Tim Wallender (Laura); his aunt Kathy; and his uncle David Inks.
