She was predeceased by: her parents, Jenny Lapene and Harvey Lapene. She is survived by: her siblings, Bill, Judy and Debbie; her husband Tom; and her children, Sheri, Claudia Barron (Phil), Greg Budnik (Becky), Jeanine Bobber (Brian), Jeff Budnik (Sandi), Natalie Tischer (Mark) and Sherri Curran (Scott).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of Wisconsin in Donna's name.
