He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Masteller and Adella Masteller (Jurgensmier); his grandchild Poppyseed; his brother Gene; and his nephew Kevin.
He is survived by: his wife Diane LaPine; his children, Pamela Masteller, Troy Masteller (Renate), Joe Masteller (Shawna), Robin Ottaway (Terry) and Amanda Masteller (Andy); his grandchildren, Courtney (Cody), Dennis, Sierra, Austyn, Adalynn, Ashlyn, Autumn, Kayla, Evelyn and Phebe; his great grandchildren, Elijah, Cali and Gwynnevere; and his brother Robert Masteller (Rachel). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
