He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Decker and Garnet Decker (Moon); his in-laws, William and Adele Arentzen; and his sister-in-law Deanna Decker.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his daughters, Heddy Pahnke (Glen) of Fond du Lac and Katie Bhandare (Shivaraj) of Verona; his grandsons, Hayden, Layton Pahnke, Siddharth and Sameer Bhandare; his siblings, Daphne Decker and David Decker; his siblings-in-law, Joan Brown (John), William Arentzen (Tuyet) and Charles Arentzen; his daughter Catalina Espinosa-Saenz; his grandson Nikola of Costa Rica; and also Ana Julia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
