He is survived by: his wife Mary Boyke; his sons, Kevin (Sarah) of Middleton, Jason (Amanda) and Brad (Ashley) of DeForest; his grandchildren, Elijah, Emma, Allison, Noah, William, James and Arlo; his siblings, Jerry (Michelle), James, Ruth McGinnis (Mike), Jeannie Rentmeester (Dean), David, Carol Stephanie, Patricia Schiefelbein (Mark), Jeffery (Heidi) and Mary Kuik (Randy); and his brothers-in-law, Carl (Viola) and James Boyke (Ann). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
