He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo Kramer and Veronica Kramer (Loehr); his parents-in-law, Alois and Rosella Braun; his sisters, Mary Wible, Virginia Kramer, Bernadette Woeshnick, Rita Kramer and Ann Kramer; and his in-laws, Jerry Braun, Wayne Smits, Mary Mueller, Patricia Dilling and Joe Braun.

He is survived by : his children, Karen Vermeulen (Tim), Brian Kramer (Brenda), Laurie Moore (Shawn) and Barbara Rybold (Shannon); his grandchildren, Kirsten, Leslie, Kaitlyn, Ashley, Lindsey, Courtney, Brayden and Harper; his wife Anne Braun; his siblings, Monica Roltgen, Sue Braun, Rosie Baker, Maggie Mayer, Kathy Smits and Leo Kramer; and his in-laws, John Wible, Jack Roltgen, Pete Woeshnick, Bob Baker, Chris Kramer, Jim Mueller, Milt Dilling, Sandi Roehrig and Mary Braun.

“We are relatives from Thalheim (Germany) and were able to visit Frank on his farm during our visit to Wisconsin. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his entire family on his passing. We are deeply grateful to Fr. Charles Loehr for reviving the connection between the Loehrs in Thalheim and the Loehrs in Wisconsin with his first visit in 1966.
