He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred W. Penn and Evora Crook Penn; his wife Patricia A. Perry; his son Richard; and his sister Joyce Radke (Irv).
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Penn (Lynn) of Fond, Pam Sprenger (Robert) of Phoenix, AZ and Jason Penn (Kim Guthrie) of Verona; his grandchildren, Mitchell Penn (Jozalyn), Mason Penn, Lydia Penn, Kaitlin Penn and Kiley Penn (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Amelia and Piper Penn; and his siblings, Gary Penn (Anne), Pasadena and Carol Hanson (Fred) of Buckeye, AZ. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to SSM Hospice or a charity of one's choice.
