He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Buczak and Delores Buczak; and his siblings, Kathy Dwyer, Laurie Ihreke, David Buczak and James Buczak.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; and his siblings, Susan Crenshaw (Roger), Tom Buczak and Steve Buczak (Dianna). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
