He is survived by: his children, Shaun (Kerri) of Harrodsburg, KY and Kristi Valiant (Casey) of Evansville, IN.; his grandchildren, Ciana and Jovie; his son Nathan (Laurie) of Waunakee, WI; his grandchildren, Rhiannon and Gavin; his son Daniel (Megan) of Fond du Lac; his grandchildren, Kennedy, Natalie and Delaney; his son Matthew (Rachel) of Fayetteville, AR; his grandchildren, David, Felicity and Eden; his siblings, Dave Gerner (Marlene), Jill Dombrowski (Ed), Lori Stewart (Mark) and Jeff Gerner (Peggy); and his close friend Joanne Balthazor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home (524 N Park Ave, Fond du Lac, WI 54935). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
