She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur R. and Margaret Sullivan (Roble); her godparents, Margaret Lynch and John Lynch; her siblings, Margaret M. Thurman (John), Helen L. Shank (Jerome), Dorothy I. Prochnow (Gordon), Catherine Ann Kocs (Eugene), Raymond J. Sullivan (Elaine), Thomas R. Sullivan, David A. Sullivan and Frank A. Sullivan (Mary); her siblings' children, Brendan Michael Sullivan, Peter Kevin Sullivan and Mary Rita Sullivan; her great-nieces, Lisa Catherine Papke and Sarah Jean Sullivan; Heidi A. Prochnow (Kaufman).
She is survived by: her brother John R. (Judith) of Henderson, Nevada; her sisters-in-law, Peggy Sieversen Sullivan of Wauwatosa, WI, Patricia Arnold Sullivan of Fond and Mary Koss Sullivan of Westfield, IN; and her godchildren, Mary Jo Skinner of Noblesville, IN, Patrick K. Prochnow of Depere, WI, Brian J. Sullivan (Mariah) of Champaign, IL, Colleen Nowak (Mark) of Coal Center, PN, Amy Collins of Madison, WI, Terry Sullivan of Fond, Lac, Ellen Sullivan Zyvoloski of Raleigh, NC and Confirmation. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery following the Mass.
