He is survived by: his children, Jodi Schreiber (Mark) of Fond du Lac, Jill Silvia (Steve) of Fond du Lac, Jackie Diaz (Jose) of Fond du Lac, Willie Van Gorder (Melissa) of Fond du Lac, Chris Van Gorder (Amber) of Omro, Kimberly Cornell (Franklin) of West Lafayette, IN and Amy Lusk (Jim Lueck) of Princeton; and his sister Sandy Thurke of Fond du Lac. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Shrine of Rest Mausolem (N 6250 Co Rd K, Fond du Lac, WI 54937). A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Shrine of Rest Mausoleum in Ledgeview Memorial Park.
